  1. Hays Area Children’s Center Carnival

    August 4, 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM @ Hays Area Children's Center

    The family celebration will include information and activity booths from several community organizations, including Ellis County 4-H, Hays Public Library, Hays Recreation Commission and Hays Police Department with the Ident-A-Kid program. The Nex-Tech Express also will be available for train rides. There is no admission fee.
